Regional Sales Manager

My client is a national leader in security technology and is looking for a RSM that resides in Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis or Minneapolis. Territory consist of OH, IN, MI, WI, MN, MO, KY & IA.

Requirements & Responsibilities
• Existing relationships with dealers, integrators and end-users.
• Knowledge and experience in the security industry only with CCTV and / or Access Control.
• Existing territory did over $4M in sales last fiscal year.
• Works well on their own without direct supervision or micro-management.
• Documented sales success in past sales roles. 

Salary & Benefits
• Base salary is $70K-$90K based on experience with an OTE of $100K-$130K.
