Chief Revenue Officer
My client is a leading security manufacture of access control ID readers and Smart Credentials that is looking for a CRO to lead their team and align all revenue-generating functions.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- 15+ years of sales leadership in sales, marketing and revenue generation.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions ideally in access control, card readers, mobile applications and smart cards.
- Successful at building and leading a team of sales, engineering, marketing, and customer success to drive $75M revenue target.
- Must have experienced developing comprehensive revenue strategies, market analysis, pricing strategies, and sales channel optimization to drive sustainable growth.
- Remote office with preference to someone in Denver, requires about 60% travel.
Salary& Benefits
- Base salary $250K -$300K plus 20-30% bonus based on company performance.
