Director of National Channel Sales


My client is an established security manufacture of IP video surveillance and VMS products that is looking for a Director of National Sales to lead direction and sales initiatives on National Integrator Accounts in the United States. This position will report into the Vice President of Sales.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Experience working in at all levels within large National integrator Accounts (i.e., Convergint, Everon, Johnson Controls, Securitas, etc.).
  • Work with the field sales team to ensure proper technical and sales support within named existing National Accounts.
  • Proven track record of successful growing revenue and managing sales team.
  • Outstanding skills developing and deploying KPI metrics for the channel sales organization.
  • Deliver guidance to management team on leadership development, performance management, and hiring activities.
  • Remote position anywhere in the US with approximately 50%+ travel.

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary $150K-$160K plus commissions targeting a first year total comp of $200K+ (uncapped commission)
