My client is a manufacturer of mobile surveillance units & is looking for a Director of Operations to manage operations (logistics, product, customer service, & facilities) throughout the US. This is an in-office role & the candidate needs to be within reasonable distance from Richardson, TX.

• 10+ years’ experience in operations management (product management, logistics, customer service, facilities, etc.)
• Strong understanding of high-level strategic planning, budgeting (cost reduction), process improvement, & compliance.
• Highly skilled in cross-functional collaboration (working with finance, sales, & marketing).
• Strong work ethic with excellent communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: $180k-$240k annually / bonus based on company KPIs & performance.
