Director of Sales

DIRECTOR OF SALES     

My client is an established manufacturer of presentation solutions, and they are looking to hire a Director of Sales to lead sales initiatives for the organization. Remote base position and travel will be required.

Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for increasing company’s exposure in County, Federal, Municipal Courtrooms.
• Proven track record of successful growing revenue and managing sales team.
• Deliver guidance to management team on hiring, performance management, leadership events.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience calling and selling enterprise solutions direct to end user customer (Courtroom, Hearing, and Meeting Spaces).

Salary & Benefits
• Base Salary of $120K-$160K plus a generous commission structure.
