Head of Technology & Operations
My client is an established security integrator in North America who is looking for an accomplished individual in the security industry to be hired as their Head of Technology & Operations. They are looking for a strategic leader who has the ability to lead the security technology division (electronic security) & guide this business unit through continued success. Ideally, this candidate resides within AL, but somewhere near or around the Southeast is acceptable.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience working in the electronic security industry (Managing/building teams, partnerships, P&L, ability to write commission plans, etc.).
- Assist the Technical Partners in maximizing their go-to-market alignment.
- Identify and cultivate new Technology Partners that extend and enhance our products into key vertical markets.
- Service-minded position to create solutions for project-based end-users’ needs.
- Ability to manage/build/grow a team of 20-25 individuals & continuation of increased revenue.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary $150K (Some flexibility to the upside).
