LEAD SERVICE TECHNICIAN – STL

My client is a full-service security solution provider looking for a full time Lead Service Technician based in St. Louis. This role will require minor travel to surrounding states (KS, NE, and IA) but the majority of time spent will be in Greater STL with one of their largest customers. A company car is also provided.

Requirements & Responsibilities
• 5 years experience with field work including installation, service, or maintenance on any mix of low-voltage security systems (Avigilon, Feenics, Mercury, Milestone, or C-Cure).
• Knowledge of reading blueprints, drawings, and ability to ascertain current field conditions.
• Important to be customer service orientated and meet customers needs and requests.
• Communicates effectively with installation, engineering, and management teams.

Salary & Benefits
• Base salary: $40-$50/hour
