SENIOR SALES MANAGER – DALLAS

My client is a national camera security solutions provider looking for a Senior Sales Manager based in the Dallas area. The SSM will inherit an existing team and will be adding to it (doubling) within the next year. The person is required to work out of Texas office up to 3 days per week with the other days remote or in the field.

Primary Responsibilities

• Minimum of 6+ verifiable years of previous experience leading and managing field sales team required.
• Prefer previous Enterprise sales experience selling solutions to property management, logistics, manufacturing & distribution verticals.
• Proven track record managing outside sales force to achieve sales and revenue goals and strategies.
• Work with management, inside sales and other departments of all pipeline activities.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary $130K with an OTE of $225K.
