Jason began his career in the staffing industry with Aerotek/TEKsystems, where he spent nearly a decade building a strong client base across Commercial, Engineering, Environmental, Scientific, Automotive, and IT sectors. He earned a reputation for excellence by applying a rigorous screening process and a commitment to building deep, lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Over the past 10 years, Jason has transitioned to focus primarily on internal Talent Acquisition, developing sustainable staffing strategies to support long-term organizational growth. At GPR, he will be responsible for expanding the Engineering and Construction divisions, leveraging his 20 years of experience in helping companies establish a unique, replicable talent “DNA” for future scalability.

Known for his unwavering work ethic and ability to anticipate staffing challenges before they arise, Jason brings a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a former member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Missouri Chapter, a LinkedIn Recruiter Expert, and an active volunteer at his church.
