Don started his career in the security industry and has been responsible for both integration and manufacturing operations. He has developed a complete understanding of the security & cyber security industries by working in all facets of security, surveillance, fire, access control, networking and AV.  Don has held such prominent positions as National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and VP of Sales.

Don has developed solid relationships and proven track record with both clients and candidates throughout his extensive US travel.  His specialization and long-term relationships provide a network to identify qualified people that match customer’s requirements worldwide.  Because of his experience Don is retained by many of the leading business organizations and candidates to handle their recruitment needs.
